Meno Log stores all your symptom entries locally on your device. Your data never leaves your iPhone.
We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. The app contains no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no user accounts. We deliberately require no sign-up: your health data stays yours.
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details.
Meno Log is a personal journal. It does not diagnose, does not interpret your symptoms, and does not give medical advice. Always consult your doctor about your health.
If you delete the app, your entries are deleted with it. Use Export to keep a copy.
